On April 3, in the wisdom factory of Liuzhou excavator, a "steel giant" dressed in red paint was officially unveiled -- the 200-ton super large hydraulic excavator 9200F independently developed by LIUGONG was successfully rolled off the production line. This 17-meter-long and 200-ton mining weapon marks LIUGONG's official entry into the ranks of the world's super-large mining equipment manufacturers, adding another milestone for China's high-end equipment manufacturing.

As the master of LIUGONG's more than 30 years of technical accumulation, 9200F has broken through a number of technical bottlenecks in the industry. The project team built a customized simulation system, and through multidisciplinary collaborative optimization, the structural mechanical performance was improved by 30%. The full matrix strain monitoring network equipped with the whole machine can collect stress data in real time to ensure the durability of key components. Its independent research and development of intelligent hydraulic system and full electronic control system, through dynamic matching engine, main pump and working device load, the comprehensive fuel consumption is reduced by 15%, the operation efficiency is increased by 20%.

"This product is not only a symbol of LIUGONG's technical strength, but also a miniature of China's equipment manufacturing industry's leap to the high end of the global value chain." Facing the double opportunities of the global new energy revolution and international competition, LIUGONG is accelerating the construction of a full range of open-pit mine solutions covering 50 tons to 200 tons with the 9200F as a fulchum, aiming at the global industry leadership.

It is worth noting that the development cycle of the model is only 69 days, setting a record for the trial production speed of similar products. The project team adopts modular assembly and 24-hour shift system, and still sticks to the post during the Spring Festival, and finally realizes 100% domestic production of parts. Behind this "LIUGONG speed" is the deep coordination of R & D, manufacturing and supply chain system of Liuzhou and Changzhou bases, which highlights the systematic innovation ability of Chinese equipment manufacturing enterprises.
