一、The problem of mixing oil in the water tank

There have been a number of recent cases of oil being mixed into water tanks. The main causes include the oil cooler core rupture, the water pump seal damage resulting in the blockage of the drain hole, and the failure of the cylinder pad. In view of these problems, it is recommended to regularly check the state of the oil cooler, water pump and cylinder pad, replace the damaged parts in time, and ensure that the cooling system is well sealed.

二、The oil bottom contains coolant

 The discovery of coolant in the oil bottom is also not to be ignored, which may be due to the oil cooler core rupture, cylinder pad damage or cylinder head/block cracks. Solutions include replacing a cracked oil cooler core, repairing or replacing cylinder pads, and inspecting and repairing cracks in the cylinder block or head.

三、The oil pressure is low

Low oil pressure may be caused by insufficient oil, diesel oil or coolant mixed in oil, blocked oil filter, oil pump suction pipe leakage, oil safety valve failure, oil pump wear or crankshaft/camshaft and bearing bush gap is too large. The solution strategy includes replenishing the oil, cleaning or replacing the oil filter, repairing the leakage point, adjusting or replacing the oil safety valve, replacing the oil pump and bearing bush, etc.

四、The water temperature is too high

High water temperature can affect engine performance. Common causes include insufficient coolant, damaged thermostat, low fan speed due to slack belt, pump failure, overloaded engine operation, and blockage inside and outside the water tank. Solutions include replenishing the coolant, replacing the thermosaver, adjusting the belt tightness, repairing or replacing the water pump, avoiding overload operation and cleaning the water tank.

五、The generator is not charged

Non-charging of the generator may be caused by damage to the battery, failure of the charging or grounding loop, wear of the brush, damage to the regulator or rectifier diode, and damage to the rotor. It is recommended to check and replace the damaged parts to ensure the normal operation of the electrical system.
