1. Check and maintain with the front winding machine

As before driving a car, the hammer needs to be inspected around the car before construction. First, check whether the high and low pressure hose of the crushing hammer is loose, and check whether there is any oil leakage in other places. In addition, the nitrogen pressure inside the hammer should also be checked regularly.

2. Vertical strike

Before the hammer works, place the brazing vertically on the broken object and confirm that the brazing is stable before opening the crushing hammer. In the crushing operation, it is also necessary to ensure that the drill is perpendicular to the hit object at any time; If it is tilted against the hitting surface, the brazing may slip, which will damage the brazing and piston of the crushing hammer.

3. No punching is allowed

When the breaker works, the steel should be close to the hit object at all times. If the hit object has been broken, please stop hitting immediately, empty hitting will cause serious damage to the brazing, flat pin, brazing seat, front cylinder block, bolt rod.

4. Do not use a steel rod as a pry bar

The role of the drill is limited to vertical hitting, do not use the drill bar to pry the stone, because this light bending drill bar, heavy damage to the internal structure of the crushing hammer.

5. Do not break the operation in water

The breaker is not a closed structure. It can not be immersed in water at ordinary times, which is easy to damage the piston cylinder and pollute the hydraulic oil path of the excavator. So try not to work in rainy days and water; Under special circumstances, in addition to steel drill, other parts can not be immersed in water.

6. Don't hit for too long

When the hammer works, it transmits a huge amount of energy to the rock. If the rock breaks in time, the energy is released. If the rock hardness is high, multiple hits are still not broken, the energy can not be released in time, must be transformed into huge heat energy, so that the temperature of the rod tip can reach more than 400 degrees Celsius, resulting in the decarburization of the rod soft, so that the surface of the knife and even drop block phenomenon.
